great spot near attractions and park views

We enjoyed our stay with a clean room and brilliant breakfast while being just a short walk from both the stunning Blackpool Pleasure Beach and the gorgeous South Pier, which made our city strolls so much more enjoyable.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel with friends! The central location was perfect for visiting the North Pier Theatre and enjoying cultural nights at the Grand Theatre. The place has billiards to unwind, and the staff were super friendly. Clean rooms and comfortable beds made our getaway just what we needed!

Breakfast was limited to a small time frame, which made it tricky for us. we missed out because we are not early risers.

We enjoyed a fantastic two-night getaway with stunning sea views from our room. The breakfast each morning was delightful, perfectly prepared. Getting free parking saved us a hassle, and the host accommodated all our family needs without hesitation. Ideal spot for a relaxing stay!

Just a nice choice for a swift visit in Blackpool with extraordinarily good value for money. Mark makes an amazing pina colada that is worth a try.

Families will enjoy themselves

Had a lovely stay, mainly because of the owner's exceptional service. Mark and his family went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome, even giving my son a special milk treat and a chocolate straw, which made his day.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but the experiences made it worth it.

The hotel was lovely, boasting a fantastic location near the seafront. Breakfast was substantial, and the owners were genuinely warm and helpful. the room did show some signs of wear, particularly with the shower. a pleasant experience worth recommending.

The stay included excellent breakfast options with marinated fish and a lovely, attentive host who made everything easy. Room 12 was spacious and impeccably clean, ensuring comfort throughout. The location provided a superb view while being off the road for quietness. parking can be limited due to space constraints outside.

Had a lovely stay! The location is spot on, right between the fun and city centre. Mark was fantastic and my room was immaculate with a brand new ensuite. Really felt at home!

The shower was a bit like Niagara Falls—leaking everywhere! And that so-called 'sea view' could use a bit of a makeover.

Just spent 2 nights here and it was really nice! Our sea view room was cozy and clean, perfect for chilling out. Mark and the family made us feel super welcome. Breakfast was delish, especially the cooked options, but the room was a bit snug for two. The bar was always open so that was a plus!

The room had a lovely sea view, and even though it was a bit on the small side, it was comfy enough. The bed was great with clean bedding and an extra duvet, which was nice. There were tea/coffee facilities, a ceiling fan, and good storage, so everything we needed was right there. The shower was good most of the stay, with a nice water pressure. Just had a little hiccup the second to last night, but Mark sorted it out right away for us with a different room. it felt cozy and welcoming!

Just a good match for a quick stopover in Blackpool with best value. The breakfast was amazing, a real highlight! If you're driving, be prepared to hand over your keys for parking.
